SHIPPING TIMES AND METHODS:
Ones Mini Zoo Rinaldi will receive the order together with the payment, will proceed with the courier booking.
Please note that shipping is available for products only (no live animals allowed)
The orders will be dispatched from our Wharehouse with Poste Italiane/SDA courier, within 5/6 working days.
Whether the product would be not available after sent the order, we will provide a voucher with the same total amount already paid which could be spend at the next order.
Ones the customer will receive the order, the shipment will consider as closed.
The customer will verify that the products of the shipment correspond to the order placed. If there are complaints regarding damage or product defects, it must be communicated to Mini zoo di Rinaldi Denis within 48 hours from the delivery.
In order to complete the return it is necessary to send an email to info@minizoorinaldi.it, specifying: name, surname, product bought and the reason of return.
Mini zoo Rinaldi will accept the return of goods if due to causes attributable to it, in the event that the product does not correspond to the customer's request. In such cases the Mini zoo Rinaldi company will replace the product, sending it at its own expense. The packaging and the product must be intact.
